She went beyond measures to ensure that we were happy at all times. She put us first. She doesn't just sell a house, she sells a home. Makes sure you are settled and 100 % satisfied. She was indeed professional. Always had us up to date with any and all changes and developments especially that the property was a late estate. She made it less harder than it already was. She definitely isn't just doing jer job for the money. If only I could find the vocabulary to describe her outstanding performance.

Gaynor has been exemplary in her approach to selling my deceased mother's house. I really appreciate the manner in which she navigated all of the high intensity emotional states of me and both my siblings after the loss of our mother. Estate sales generally takes a long while to wrap up, however Gaynor remained patient with all parties involved and kept us really informed along every step of the process.

What's also really amazing, is the fact that Gaynor managed to secure a buyer for the property within ×3 weeks of going on the market. Her negotiation skills coupled with her really impressive people skills made us feel like we were in very secure hands.

Not to sound overly dramatic, but I truly feel like Gaynor was sent our way at the time we needed her most. She truly is a gem.
